Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: South Portland, Maine
Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative at BW Walch, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our prospects and customers, understanding, and responding to their unique needs, managing our pipeline, creating quotes/orders and maintaining data and accounting systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with school districts to understand their educational requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to assist with implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop and submit sales quotes for District and commercial print customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation and a belief in the power of education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer experience required
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- This is an in person role, not a remote position
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field or work experience in related field.
- Teaching experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Excel.
